Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates
Flat-rate shipping: $5.95 on all U.S. orders
Free shipping on orders $45+

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times
Standard U.S. delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, and seasonal volume.

Where We Ship
At this time, Little Sugar Nails ships within the United States. We’re excited to expand to international shipping soon.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if your shipment is delayed, please contact us at hello@littlesugarnails.com and we’ll help look into it. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we’ll always do our best to support you.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Little Sugar Nails is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help before your order ships.
