Return & Refund Policy 

All sales are final due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Because our products are beauty and personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@littlesugarnails.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used nail sets

  • Beauty or personal care products

  • Sale items and gift cards

Refunds

If your item is approved as damaged or defective, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary by bank.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
